1. Description of service

AgentCita provides a monitoring and automatic booking service for cita previa extranjeria appointments on the official Spanish government portal. The service acts as a technical intermediary, completing the booking process in the same way a person would manually, including the type of assistance commonly provided by gestoras and immigration intermediaries.

2. Eligibility

To use AgentCita you must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful, complete personal information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit in your appointment request.

3. Account registration

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Payment and credits

You are only charged once your appointment is confirmed. There is no upfront payment. Payments are processed through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once used. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices include applicable VAT.

5. Cancellations and refunds

If your appointment is confirmed but you subsequently cancel it, the credit used is non-refundable as the service has been completed. If the service does not confirm any appointment during the monitoring period, no charge is made. For exceptional refund requests, contact [email protected].

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only to book appointments for yourself or for persons you are legally authorised to represent. Use of the service for fraudulent activity, resale of appointments, or any use that violates Spanish law or applicable regulations is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

AgentCita acts as a technical intermediary and does not guarantee appointment availability on any specific date or in any specific province, as this depends entirely on the official government portal. We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by the government portal itself. AgentCita's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, and code, is the property of AgentCita. Reproduction or use without express authorisation is prohibited.

9. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain.
