We do not collect payment data directly; payments are processed through Stripe.

Your data is used exclusively to: complete your cita previa extranjeria booking on the official government portal, manage your account, send you appointment confirmations and notifications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on the performance of the service contract you accept upon registration, as well as compliance with applicable legal obligations. For optional communications, we rely on your consent.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will erase your personal data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it longer (for example, billing records).
