What happens if no appointment is found?

No credits are deducted. Your balance remains intact until an appointment is confirmed.

Can I get a refund of my balance?

If you have unused balance, contact [email protected] and we will handle it. Credits used for confirmed appointments are non-refundable.

Do credits expire?

No. Your balance never expires and stays in your account until you use it.
